The heart of Betong, Chef Jonathan Hagen, has the principle of zero-waste cooking at his fingertips, resulting in his fresh, sustainable culinary excellence.
In the kitchen, we minimize food scraps, eliminating the use of Norwegian animal-based products that have a negative effect on our environment. Betong practices a circular mindset of turning potential waste into something nydelig [ny:`d(ə)li]
We care for our guests and nature alike.
Betongen offer a set menu of eight or five dishes with table reservation, or drop by the food bar if you want to enjoy our à la carte bar-menu
8-course tasting menu: 995,- NOK per guest
Wine pairing: 985,- NOK per guest
5-course tasting menu: 700,- NOK per guest
Small wine pairing: 700,- NOK per guest
A short a la carte menu or tables without booking is available for drop-in at our wine bar. No reservations there.

Our coffee and wine bar is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 23:00 and from 11:00 to 00:00 on Saturdays.
Here you can enjoy our selection of pastry and sandwiches during daytime, and a selection of Betongens menu, either as a full menu or as an a la carte in the evening. No bookings available or needed.
