Thank you for booking with us! We are excited to welcome you to Restaurant Betong.
By making a reservation, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask that you read them thoroughly before confirming your booking.
Reservation Policy
Please note that your table is reserved for the duration specified in your confirmation email. If you anticipate being delayed, please notify us as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee an extension to your reservation time.
Dietary Restrictions
While we aim to accommodate various dietary preferences, we are unable to fulfill all dietary restrictions. If your requirements necessitate significant changes to the menu that could compromise the overall dining experience, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
We do not offer vegan menus, but we can accommodate meals free from milk protein and eggs with prior notice. Vegetarian and pescatarian options are available with prior notice as well.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 12 hours before your reservation to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations must be made through the link in your confirmation email, as we do not process cancellations over the phone. For parties of 8 or more, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your reservation.
No-Show Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of NOK 1000 per guest.
For bookings that are not secured with a credit card, the no-show fee will be invoiced to the individual or company responsible for the booking.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds.
