Terms and Conditions
Thank you for booking with us, we cannot wait to welcome you to Restaurant Betong
We kindly ask you to read the reservation policy thoroughly as you automatically accept the following terms and conditions when booking with us.
Kindly note that the table is yours for the time stated in you confirmation e-mail. We ask of you to notify us of any delays, as we cannot guarantee an extension of the reservation in case of delays.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Please note that we are unfortunately not able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. If the dietary requirements dictate comprehensive changes in the menu that will result in a compromise of standards, we unfortunately might not be able to accommodate your request.
We are not able to accommodate vegan menus and do need prior notifications to accommodate menus free from milk protein and egg. Vegetarian and pescetarian menus are available on prior notifications.
Please inform us at least 12 hours prior of any accommodations or dietary requirements.
CANCELATIONS
Kindly inform us by email at least 24 hours prior to your reservation if you are unable to attend. All cancellations must be done through the link in your confirmation email, as we do not reply on telephone for cancelations. Parties over 8 guests has to be canceled minimum 72 hours in advance.
NO SHOW CONDITIONS
Please note that a valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your reservation.
In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show the restaurant reserves the right to deduct a no-show fee of NOK 1000,- per guest.
For bookings not validated with a credit card, the no-show fee will be invoiced to the individual or company responsible for the booking.
All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds.
